Boris Shpigel

Born in Ukraine in 1953.
Graduated from the Kiev State University named after Shevchenko, Economics Department, and Academy of Foreign Trade.
PhD in Economics. Doctor of Commerce.
Honorary professor of All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade.
In 1990 founded a pharmaceutical production and research corporation BIOTECH, Ltd. Chairman of the Board in Association FARMASK.
In 1999 founded a Producing Company “Music. Perfection. Beauty”.

In 2002 became Deputy Chairman of the Party “Revival of Russia”. Used to be Assistant to the Head of the State Duma G. Seleznev on social matters.

In April 2003, appointed as a representative from Penzenskaya Oblast (region) to Council of Federation of Russian Federation.
Deputy Chairman of the Commission on Science, Culture, Education, Public Health and Ecology.
